Property Scout AU was founded by a team of property investors and data engineers based in Brisbane, Queensland. After spending countless hours manually researching suburbs, calculating yields, and building Excel spreadsheets, we realized there had to be a better way.
The tools available were either too basic (missing critical data) or too expensive (subscription services charging hundreds per month). We wanted something professional-grade but accessible to everyday Australian investors.
