Do credits expire?
Yes, but generously. Starter credits last 6 months, Professional 12 months, and Investor Pack 24 months. This gives you plenty of time for your property research cycles without pressure.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. After that, credits are non-refundable but have generous expiry periods.

Yields are calculated using current sale prices and median rental prices for similar properties in the same suburb. While we strive for accuracy, these are estimates only and actual yields may vary based on property condition, exact location, and market conditions.
